摘要
为了考察5A05铝合金高温拉伸时的再结晶过程,用高温金相显微镜,对其在高温热变形时的动态变化进行观察,发现5A05铝合金在高温热变形时发生了动态再结晶,并且产生了空洞,发生了晶粒滑移和晶体转动,为开展超塑性机理的研究提供了试验设备.
In order to know the recrystallize procedure of 5A05 alloy when it was stretched at high temperature, we observed its high-temperature thermal deformation dynamic change using the high temperature microscope. We found 5A05 alloy had taken place dynamic recrystallize even had hollow hole. And 5A05 alloy had taken place grain sliding and grain rotation. A11 these afford us test machine for the research of the mechanism of ultraplasticity.
