摘要
达贡山镍矿项目供电电源通过220 k V同塔双回线路,由瑞丽江一级水电站提供,电站侧又通过线路与电网并网运行,由此,为电站及用户侧提供稳定、可靠的生产用电源。因电站与电网的并网线路进行技术改造,电站与电网需解列运行,由电站调整机组参数后,单独给用户供电,即孤网运行方式。本文从孤网运行的运行试验、风险分析等各方面,提出了孤网运行的技术要求和存在的风险分析,并从多次的运行试验中得到了明确的结论,为正式的孤网运行提供了可靠地技术保障和应急措施,孤网的成功运行也为电网系统的特殊运行方式提供了成功的借鉴。
Dagongshan nickel project power is provided by the Ruili river level 1 hydropower station through 220 kV double circuit lines which are installed on same tower, operated by means of the line to connect with power plant side , thereby, it can provide a stable, reliable and power supply for production, for the power station and for the user side. Because of technical renovation of grid, power plant have to split with power grid , after changing parameters , power plant unit can supply power to users separatly , that is the isolated grid running way. In this paper, from analyzing the operation of the isolated grid running test, the risk analysis and so on, the isolated grid running technical requirements and the existing risk are proposed From repeated operation test, a clear conclusion has gotten, a reliable technical support and emergency measures has been provided for the isolated net running . The success running of the isolated grid provides a successful model for special operation mode of the grid .
