摘要
目的:探讨综合性护理干预在冠心病治疗中的作用。方法:选择2013年1月至2014年6月入院的484例冠心病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用冠心病一般护理常规进行护理,试验组在一般护理常规的基础上采用综合性护理措施进行干预,比较两组患者临床症状及并发症发生率的情况。结果:试验组的临床症状及并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两者差异具有统计学意义。结论:综合性护理干预可以降低冠心病患者临床症状及并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of coronary heart diseases. Methods： 484 cases with coronary heart diseases from January 2013 to June 2014, were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was treated by routine nursing care and the experimental group was treated by comprehensive nursing intervention based on routine nursing care. Comparison of two groups＇ clinical symptoms and the incidence of complications was made.Results： Clinical symptoms and complications of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing intervention could reduce the clinical symptoms and the incidence of complications in patients with coronary heart diseases, so it was worthy of clinical application.
