介绍了食用菌产业的发展趋势和制约因素,提出了现代食用菌生产技术教学改革的课程思路设计、教学内容的设定、教学方法的选择、课程考核评价的安排,旨在为食用菌行业和企业培养高素质的技能型人才。
The development trend of edible fungi industry and restriction factors were introduced,the course teaching reform idea design,the choice of teaching content,teaching method,the arrangement of curriculum evaluation of Modern Edible Fungus Production Technology was proposed,so as to cultivate skilled talents with high quality for edible fungus industry and enterprises.
