摘要
公共文化的发展不仅是城市公共文化服务水平的提高,更重要的是城乡的共同发展,只有这样才能真正实现公平和构建和谐社会。阐述了基层公共文化体系资源建设的意义,分析了基层群众对公共文化服务的需求,探讨了推动基层公共文化体系资源共建共享的对策。
ABSTRACT：The development of the public culture is not merely the improvement of urban public cultural service level, and more important is the common development of urban and rural areas, only in this way, can we truly achieve the fairness and the construction of a harmonious society. This paper expounds the significance of the construction of basic level public cultural system, analyzes the demands of basic mass for public cultural services, and probes into the countermeasures for promoting the co-construction and sharing of resources of basic level public cultural system.
