核电用铸造奥氏体不锈钢加速热老化试验方案设计

摘要 核电厂主管道用国产铸造奥氏体不锈钢在长期服役时面临着热老化问题。分析了材料激活能经验计算公式的适用性问题,设计了材料加速热老化饱和状态识别流程方案。结果表明,该试验方案适用于国产铸造奥氏体不锈钢的热老化性能试验。 The thermal aging phenomenon was faced by domestic cast austenitic stainless steels used for NPP main coolant lines during long-term service. The applicability of the activation energy empirical formula was analyzed, and the flow chart for determining thermal aging saturation during accelerated thermal aging program was designed. The results show that the test program applies to the thermal aging test of domestic cast austenitic stainless steel.
