摘要
以00Cr22Ni5Mo3Mnx双相不锈钢为研究材料,采用金相显微镜、万能拉伸试验机和冲击试验机等手段,研究了Mn含量对00Cr22Ni5Mo3Mnx双相不锈钢显微组织、力学性能及耐点蚀性能的影响规律。结果表明,奥氏体含量随Mn含量的升高而逐渐增加,在Mn含量为1.5%时,两相比例为1∶1;力学性能随Mn含量的增加先降低后升高;随着Mn含量的增加,耐点蚀性能先增强后减弱;当Mn含量在1.2%~1.5%时,00Cr22Ni5Mo3Mnx双相不锈钢的综合性能最好。
The influence of Mn content on the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3Mnx duplex stainless steel were studied by metallographic microscope, universal tensile testing machine and impact test enginery testing methods. The results show the austenite content increases with the Mn content increasing; when Mn content is 1.5%, the two phase ratio is 1 : 1; with the Mn content increasing, the mechanical properties first decreases and then increases; the corrosion resistant first increases and then decreases with the increase of Mn content; when Mn content is 1.2%-1.5%, the comprehensive performance of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3Mnx duplex stainless steel is best.
