摘要
在梳理中国林产工业生态产业链相关研究的基础上,结合大小兴安岭生态功能区林产工业的地区发展情况,识别推动林产工业生态产业链演进的关键要素,归纳不同演进阶段的主要特征,构建林产工业生态产业链演进模型,并提出了正确识别产业链演进阶段、科学规划森林资源的采伐和利用方式、准确定位企业的核心价值、发挥关键种企业辐射作用、利用公共服务平台、加大优良资产重组力度、完善剩余物利用政策的对策和建议。
Based on the related domestic researches on forest products industry ecological industry chain （FPI-EIC）, and combined with the specific circumstances of Daxing＇an mountains and Xiaoxing＇an mountains ecological function zones, this paper constructs the FPI-EIC model with the identification of the key dements of the FPI-EIC evolution and summarization of the salient features of the different stages. It also puts forward some suggestions on the proper identification of FPI-EIC evo- lution stages, the intelhgent ways of logging and exploiting forest resources, the accurate conceptuali- zation of enterprises core values, the radiation influence exerted by key enterprises, the application of public service platform, the enhancement of superior assets reorganization and the improvement of residue utilization pohcies,
