循环经济是对传统经济增长模式深刻反思后的必然选择。湖南林业循环经济需从经济发展战略的角度进行规划与架构,并采取相应的措施予以保障,才能实现未来湖南林业的可循环及可持续发展。
Circular economy is an inevitable choice after a profound self- examination in the traditional and economic mode. It＇ s required for the circular economy of Hunan forest to be planned and organized on a tactic point of view, in order to gain a circular and extending develop of Hunan forest in the near future, with some corresponding countermeasures be taken.
