摘要
新中国成立初期,在党和国家的主导与支持下,天津市各类儿童保育机构得以广泛建立和不断完善,并通过培养保育工作者、调剂儿童饮食和健全卫生保健制度,达到逐渐提高儿童保育质量的目的。天津市儿童保育事业的发展提高了儿童健康水平,更重要的是解放了广大妇女,使她们能够走出家庭,参加国家建设。儿童保育事业的发展是新中国成立初期中共推动妇女解放事业的重要实践,增强了广大妇女的社会认知和政治认同。
In the early of New China,with the leadership and support of the party and the state various types of child care agencies in Tianjin got established extensively and perfected continuously and gradually attained the goal of enhancing the quality of child care by cultivating child care workers,adjusting children's diet and improving hygiene health care system.The development of child care career in Tianjin enhanced the health level of children,more importantly,liberated the mass of women and enabled them to leave their homes to participate in state construction.The development of child care career was the CPC's important practice of promoting women's liberation cause in the early of New China and enhanced the social awareness and political identity of the mass of women.
