摘要
目的：探讨吲达帕胺不良反应（ADR）的发生规律和特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2014年05月～2014年10月我院发生的20例吲达帕胺所致不良反应进行分类与分析。结果吲达帕胺不良反应的临床表现包括低钾血症、皮疹、血尿酸升高、低钠血症、眩晕、头痛、恶心、畏寒、发热、胸闷、腹痛。结论加强对吲达帕胺用药后的监测，重视其不良反应，以保障患者的用药安全。
Objective To investigate the regular pattern and characteristic cause by the adverse drug reactions （ADR） in indapamide.Methods To analysis the 20 cases of patients’ cause by the adverse drug reactions （ADR） in indapamide which were chosen from May 2014 to Oct 2014.ResultsThe adverse reactions of indapamide were included hypokalemia、skin rashes、elevated blood uric acid、hyponatremia、dizziness、headache、nausea、chils、fever、chest tightness、abdominal pain.ConclusionTo strengthen the monitoring of the drug indapamide,pay more attentions on adverse reactions in order to ensure the patients＇ medication safety.
