低碳高硫无铅易切削钢拉拔开裂分析 被引量:2

摘要 对低碳高硫无铅易切削钢1215冷拉拔时出现的开裂现象进行了系统分析。研究结果表明:拉拔材的组织比原材料要细1级左右,组织都为F加少量P,存在一定的带状现象,两者的硬度相差HV55;拉拔材裂纹处横截面试样观察,裂纹内无氧化物和夹杂物,裂纹腐蚀后观察,裂纹边缘组织无异常和脱碳现象。从纵截面观察,裂纹内无氧化物和夹杂物,腐蚀后观察,裂纹沿变形晶粒延伸,开裂附近存在变形晶粒带;拉拔开裂试样裂纹处晶粒拉长现象非常明显,且拉长晶粒较多,而试样表层细晶粒和中心晶粒变形是不明显的,拉拔开裂是与内部晶粒存在变形拉长所致。 The cracking after drawing on low carbon high sulphur leadlless free cutting steel 1215 was systematically analyzed. The results show that the organizations of drawing material are thin than the raw material,the organizations are ferrite and a small amount of pearlite,there have certain ribbon phenomenon,and the hardness difference is HV55. The observation of drawing material from crackle cross esction,there have no oxide and inclusion in the crack,the organization in crack edge without exception and decarburization phenomenon after corrosion. There have no oxide and inclusion in crack from the longitudinal cross section,but the crack extend along the deformation grain,and there exist deformation grain belt in the cracking; the grains elongated phenomena are very obvious in the cracking of the drawing crack sample,and the elongated grains are many,but the deformation grains are not obvious in the surface fine grain size and center district,so the drawing crack is caused by the internal grain deformation and stretched.
