摘要
采用准动态拉伸方法,在试样的化学成份、金相组织和晶粒度基本一致的条件下,分析了4145H钻挺钢中MnS夹杂物的含量和分布对夹杂物开裂尺寸和开裂百分数的影响。随着应变的增加,MnS开裂百分数增大,开裂尺寸减小。MnS含量越高,裂纹萌生越容易。夹杂物分布的影响大于含量的影响。
This paper studies the effect of MnS inclusion volume fraction and distribution on the cracked inclusion dimension and cracked percentage in 4145H steel by quasi-dynamic plane specimen tensile test at the same chemical elements , structure and grain size . The percentage of cracked MnS is increased and the cracked MnS dimension is decreased with increasing strain. The easier crack nucleation is, the higher MnS volume fraction is. The effect of MnS distribution is higher than MnS volume fraction on cracked percentage.
