摘要
为解决CH盒外透明纸包装机整形器无法对异形烟包进行整形加工问题,设计了异形烟包六面整形装置。该装置的控制系统由1个PLC程序控制器、4个二位五通电磁阀和1个三位四通手柄阀组成,通过驱动气缸推动烙热板,实现对异形烟包的两短侧面、两长侧面、上下两平面的熨烫整形加工。结果表明:实现了异形烟包透明纸整形加工工序的自动化,提高了烟包整形效率,消除了小盒烟包透明纸松弛、折皱等缺陷,缺陷烟包剔除量由27包/班次降低为4包/班次,保证了卷烟产品品质。
The shaping device in CH over wrapper is not able to match cigarette packets with special shape, therefore a device for shaping six sides of special cigarette packet was designed. The control system of the designed device was composed of a PLC, four two-position five-way solenoid valves and a three-position four-way manual valve. Heaters driven by cylinders heated the film wrapping on the six sides of a packet. The results showed that the film heating and shaping was automatically completed, the shaping efficiency was improved, the film wrinkling or loosely wrapping packet was eliminated, and the rejected defective packets decreased from 27 to 4 packet/shift.
