摘要
病案随诊业务需求随医学、科技的进步而不断发展,同时随诊技术手段也由传统的信函、电话向现代化通讯手段逐步过渡。文章以某肿瘤专科医院为例,通过应用短信息技术进行患者随诊的实践,可为医院提供了高效、便捷的医患沟通联络手段。通过分析2009年至2013年60905例短信随诊数据,短信随诊是实现1年期内的患者院后随诊及健康管理的有效方式。适用于提醒类、通知类、问候类、科普类等单向短信内容,提示患者按期复查、规范用药、有效达到对患者进行健康管理的目的,同时实时监控疾病发展走向,抓住最佳治疗时机,最大可能的提高患者生存期及生存质量,为医教研提供高质量随诊数据,为患者的健康保驾护航。

This article based on a tumor hospital as an example, through the application of short information technology in patients with clinical practice, provides efficient and convenient means of doctor-patient communication for the hospital. Through the analysis of 60905 cases text messages with clinical data from 2009 to 2013 we find that SMS follow-up is the effective way of health management for patients with 1 year period clinic visits. The remind, notice, greetings, science one-way text content, such as the patient timely review, the drug use,Effectively to achieve the purpose of health management and real-time monitoring disease development trend at the same time, seize the optimal timing of treatment, and improve the quality of patients and survival, provides the high quality for the medical education and research, is the escort of the patient's health.
