摘要
目前,我国青年足球队中的有氧训练过于简单化,以无球跑圈居多,缺乏科学性。在很大程度上,是由于没有把握足球项目的专项特点,并且对如何控制结合球有氧训练的要素知之甚少。为了给实践训练指导工作的教练员们提供有益的、科学的足球有氧训练方法,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、数理统计法,以北京国安俱乐部U-19梯队队员为测试对象,利用Polar Team2团队心率测试表,对所设计的几种结合球有氧训练方法进行负荷监测和验证,并分析实验数据,验证出设计的方法及调控的手段能够达到提高足球专项有氧能力的目的,希望能对青年足球运动员的有氧训练起到借鉴作用。
The current aerobic endurance training of China youth soccer players is simple and unscientific,it mostly uses long-distance running without ball.The reason is that coaches haven't taken specific characteristics of soccer,or haven't known the keys of aerobic endurance training with ball.Based on the methods of literature research,expert interview,experiment and mathematic analysis,in order to provide scientific aerobic endurance training of soccer for coaches,this paper took soccer players from Beijing Guoan football club as subjects,and monitored the intensity of several designed aerobic endurance trainings with ball by testing heart rate with Polar Team2.Data was collected and analyzed.The results showed that those designed aerobic endurance trainings with ball can improve athletes' aerobic endurance capacity.This study hopes to be a reference for aerobic endurance training of youth soccer players.
