摘要
选用杜香嫩叶为原料,采用正交试验优化超声波提取杜香精油的提取工艺。以提取率为指标,通过提取温度、提取时间及料液比等单因素试验及正交试验得到最佳提取工艺:提取温度45℃,提取时间40 min,料液比为1∶25,其提取率可达到7.54%。通过气相色谱与质谱联用,确认了杜香精油含水芹烯(6.233%)、苯(1.651%)、甲基苯乙烯(1.507%)、2-甲基-5-异丙基(4.221%)、萜品醇(4.722%)、香树脂醇(1.790%)和蒲公英甾醇(0.642%)等成分,主要以萜烯、醇和烷类化合物为主。
Selected in April 2011 to April 2012 from the collection of Ledum Daxinganling region leaves as raw material.Using orthogonal test optimized the extraction process of ultrasonic assisted extraction of Ledum palustre essential oils.Extraction rate as index,by single factor experiments and orthogonal test of extraction temperature,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio to get the best extraction process.Extraction temperature is 45℃,extraction time is 40 min,solid-liquid ratio is 1∶ 25,which extracts rate reached 7.54%.By gas chromatography and mass spectrometry,obtained that Ledum palustre essential oils contains phellandrene(6.233%),benzene(1.651%),methyl styrene(1.507%),2-methyl-5-isopropyl(4.221%),terpineol(4.722%),amyrin(1.790%),dandelion sterol(0.642%),mainly terpenes,alcohols and alkyl compounds based.
