静脉血栓栓塞症是医院内非预期死亡的重要原因,通过对其实施风险评估及防范措施,提高医务人员对其的警惕性,加强医患沟通,有效防范因此引发的死亡医疗纠纷。
Venous thromboembolism is an important cause of non expected hospital death, according to the risk assessment and prevention measures, and improve the medical staff aware of it, to strengthen the doctor-patient communication, effectively prevent the deaths of medical disputes.
