摘要
目的探讨应用低分子量肝素联合间歇性充气泵预防孕妇围生期静脉血栓栓塞症的疗效。方法对2013年1—12月收治的孕妇6 256例,在排除凝血机能障碍性疾病及出血性疾病后,在分娩后或剖宫产术后6h应用间歇性充气泵及12h低分子量肝素预防静脉血栓栓塞症。观察记录下肢深静脉血栓、肺栓塞、创口及阴道出血等情况。结果下肢深静脉血栓形成6例(0.96%)、3例(0.48%)创口血肿,无肺栓塞病例。结论在静脉血栓栓塞症高危的围生期孕产妇中,低分子肝素及血液循环泵可作为有效和安全的预防方法。
Objective To study the efficacy after using Low-molecular-weight heparin and Intermittent Pneumatic Compression(IPC)to prevent venous thromboembolism(VTE)in perinatal stage. Methods From January 2013 to December 2013,6256 pregnant women were selected subjects excluded hemorrhagic disease.To use low molecular weight heparin and Intermittent Pneumatic Compression(IPC)prevented venous thromboembolism after delivery or postoperative 6-12 hours.The data of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,pulmonary embolism,wound bleeding,and vaginal bleeding were recorded.Results There were 6 cases with deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs(0. 96%),3 cases of wound hematoma(0.48%),no cases of pulmonary embolism and no cases of deaths. Conclusion In high risk patients with pregnancy,low-molecular-weight heparin and Intermittent Pneumatic Compression(IPC)may be an effective and safe way to prevent venous thromboembolism.
