摘要 介绍一套建造、焊接、探伤与检测的新工艺,即在保证结构各项力学性能指标和缺陷合格的前提下,降低结构残余应力,控制结构的变形,保证尺寸精度;采用抗疲劳节点和焊缝外观控制,延长疲劳寿命,降低脆性断裂和疲劳断裂的可能性. A set of fabrication, welding, nondestructive detection and inspection procedures are proposed to ensure the structure with the qualified properties, which can also reduce the residual stress, control deformation and precision of structural dimension. The anti-fatigue nodes are adopted and the weld profile is controlled to extend fatigue life, reduce the possibility of brittle fracture and fatigue fracture.
