摘要
目的：探讨高强度聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内瘤变（灾陨晕）Ⅰ～Ⅱ的临床疗效、无创性及安全性。方法采用海极星悦在云型超声治疗仪治疗18例灾陨晕Ⅰ～Ⅱ患者，观察治疗前后患者症状和体征的变化，探讨聚焦超声治疗的临床意义。结果临床治愈12例（66.7%），有效6例（33.3%），无效0例（0.0%），总有效率（100.0%）。有效的6例于术后6个月行第二次治疗，取得明显的临床疗效。结论高强度聚焦超声治疗技术治疗灾陨晕Ⅰ～Ⅱ是有效、安全、无创的。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect, noninvasion and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） in the treatment of the first and second level of vulva intraepithelial neoplastica （VIN）. Methods 18 cases of patients with VIN in the first and second level treated with Haijixing CZF ultrasonic treatment apparatus were selected. The changes of symptoms and signs of patients were observed before and after the treatment, and the clinical significance of the focused ultrasonic treatment were discussed. Results 12 cases （66.7%） were cured and 6 cases （33.3%） were effective. The total effective rate was 100.0%, and the inefficient rate was 0.0%. 6 cases of effective were treated with second therapy after 6 month and got significant chinical effect. Conclusions The therapy of the first and second level of VIN by HIFU treatment technology is effective, safe and noninvasive.
