摘要
为探讨聚焦超声治疗对小鼠外阴上皮内瘤变的影响,研究治疗前后VEGF表达变化,采用苯甲酸雌二醇注入40只129/J型鼠腹部皮下,7周时建立外阴上皮内瘤变轻到中度不典型增生(VulvarInteraepithelialNeoplasia,VINI~II)小鼠模型。随机分为聚焦超声治疗组和假照组,治疗前后检测皮肤病理及VEGF表达变化。建立VINI~II小鼠模型16例,结果显示聚焦超声治疗组7例皮肤基本恢复正常,VEGF表达降低,与假照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此得出,聚焦超声治疗小鼠外阴内上皮瘤样病变具有无创性、安全性和有效性。
To investigate the effect of focused ultrasound on vulvar interaepithelial neoplasia and to analyze the variations of the expression of VEGF, 129/J mice animal models of VIN Ⅰ-Ⅱ are used by injecting estradiol benzoate into the abdominal subcutaneous of 40 mice for 7 weeks to establish the related animal models. The VIN Ⅰ-Ⅱ 129/J mice were divided into uhrasound therapy group (8 mice) and sham irradiation therapy group (8 mice) in random, to detect the pathological changes of vulvar skin and the variations of the expression of VEGF. It is shown that 16 VIN Ⅰ-Ⅱ 129/J mice models were established, the skin of 7 VIN mice returned to normal mainly in ultrasound therapy group, the expression of VEGF was decreased significantly, as compared with the sham irradiation therapy group, with statistical significance of P〈 0.05. It is concluded that the focused ultrasound can be used to treat vulvar interaepithelial neoplasia non-invasively, effectively and safely.
