摘要
通过分析BIM和最后计划者体系的主要功能,利用交互矩阵对两者的交互性进行协同效益分析。最后将BIM的4D施工模拟、动态信息管理及数据资源集成等关键技术融入到最后计划者体系中,创立了基于BIM的最后计划者体系。
By analyzing the functions of both BIM and last planner system (LPS ) , the interaction between the two is analyzed on synergy with interaction matrix .Some key technologies such as BIM 4D operation simulation ,dynamic information management and data resource integration are introduced into LPS to established the BIM based LPS .
