摘要
针对相移条纹投影轮廓术中织物表面复杂纹理易与投影条纹发生干扰的问题,提出一种相移投影条纹增强滤波方法。首先对各步相移图像进行π相移灰度差增强,并进行二值化处理,以初步滤除背景纹理影响,然后对其进行基于相干增强的非线性扩散滤波。该处理既能滤除投影条纹方向上的复杂纹理背景噪声干扰,又能保证投影条纹相位的平滑性。实验结果表明,该方法能有效降低织物表面复杂纹理对投影条纹的干扰,增强复杂纹理织物的三维面形数据采集精度。
Due to the problem that the measurement accuracy of phase-shifting profilometry (PMP) is influenced by colorful fabric surface, a new fringe pattern enhancing filtering method is proposed. Every deformed fringe pattern is firstly subtracted with phase shifting technique and binarized to eliminate the zero spectrum, ~nd then by applying coherence-enhancing diffusion filtering technique, the noisy fringe pattern interfered by colored fabric texture is smocthed along the streamlines, and whereas sharpened in the orthogonal direction. Experimental result shows that the proposed method can decrease the interference of colored fabric texture on deformed fringe pattern and improve accurate reconstruction of colorful fabric surface shape.
