摘要
目的：分析中医辨证疗法对胃癌癌前病变临床治疗效果。方法：研究对象为我院门诊在2012年1月～2013年12月接诊的80例胃癌癌前病变患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组采用西医综合疗法，观察组采用中医辨证疗法。比较两组病患临床效果。结果：在治疗有效率上，观察组为95．00％，对照组仅为77．50％。两组差异具有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论：运用中医辨证疗法可以有效提升胃癌癌前病变的治疗有效率，减少治疗产生的不良反应，提升患者舒适度。
Objective： To analyze the the clinical effect of Chinese medicine dialectical therapy on precancerous lesions of gastric cancer. Methods： study subjects were outpatients Of our hospital in January, 2012 to December, 2013 and 80 patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each of 40. The control group was treated with western medicine comprehensive therapy while the observation group was treated by TCM therapy to compare clinical effects of patients in two groups. Results： the effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 95% and 77.50% respectively, with statistically significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion： the use of the Chinese medicine dialectical therapy can effectively improve the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer, which can reduce the adverse reactions and improve the comfort of patients.
