摘要
目的:观察滋阴清热、补肺益肾疗法治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的的临床效果。方法:选择2012年2月-2014年2月在我院诊治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿100例,随机分成对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组采用传统西医方法治疗,观察组采用中医辨证论治滋阴清热、补肺益肾疗法治疗,对比两组患者观察指标。结果:两组患者治疗2周后,对照组总有效率74.0%,观察组总有效率88.0%,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优势明显。结论:与常规西医方法相比,滋阴清热、补肺益肾中医疗法疗法治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效确切,不良反应少,用药安全方便,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Ziyin Qingre, Bufei Yishen recipe on cough variant asthma in children. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into control group （50 cases） and observation group （50 cases）. Control group was given traditional western medicine therapy; observation group was given TCM differentiation of Ziyin Qingre, Bufei Yishen recipe. Results： In 2 weeks, the total efficiency in the control group was 74.0%, it was 88.0% in the observation group, the observation was obviously better, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with conventional western medicine, the Ziyin Qingre, Bufei Yishen recipe shows remarkable effects, few adverse reactions, high safety, and is worthy of clinical application.
