摘要
目的分析白三烯受体拮抗剂(LTRAs)孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床价值。方法将我院确诊的70例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。两组均给予吸入型糖皮质激素布地奈德治疗,必要时吸入β2受体激动剂(沙丁胺醇);观察组加用孟鲁司特钠口服。治疗8周观察疗效及用药前后肺功能指标的变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组肺功能指标均显著升高(P<0.01),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效确切,能更有效地控制哮喘发作,改善患者肺功能,顺应性好,无明显副作用,可以作为治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床用药推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of Leukotriene receptor antagonist in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods Patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into 2 trial groups( 35 in each group) : observation group and control group. Both groups were treated with inhaled glucocorticoids( Budesonide),when necessary,inhaled β2- receptor agonist( Salbutamol);the observation group was treated with Montelukast. Before and after 8 weeks treatment,the clinical efficacy and pulmonary function were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group( P < 0. 05); the pulmonary function indices of both groups were significantly increased( P < 0. 01),and the observed group was better than control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Montelukast combined with inhaled glucocorticoids is exact in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Montelukast can control the asthma attack and improve the pulmonary function,which has a good compliance with no significant side effects and can be widely used as clinical medication in the treatment of cough variant asthma.
