摘要
目的:分析妇产科临床护理纠纷发生的原因,并制定防范措施与相应对策。方法:统计分析2011年7月-2014年7月笔者所在医院妇产科临床护理发生纠纷的原因。结果:引发纠纷的原因主要在于服务态度差、操作不当、病情误诊、病情分析错误、病例书写与保管不力、沟通不当等原因。结论:只有从发生纠纷的原因出发,才能更好地制定防范措施,在缓解医患关系的同时也提高了医院的满意度评价。
Objective: To analyze the causes of the clinical nursing care disputes in the department of gynecology and obstetrics, and formulate preventive measures and the corresponding countermeasures.Method: The causes of the clinical nursing care disputes occurred in the gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2014 were analysed.Result: The causes of the disputes mainly lies in the poor service attitude, improper operation, disease diagnosis, error analysis of the condition, case writing and lack of care, improper communication and so on.Conclusion: Only starting from the reasons of the disputation, can better formulate preventive measures.Relieving tensions between the doctor and patient as well as improve the hospital satisfaction evaluation
