摘要
目的:探讨输液室护理不良事件。方法:回顾2012年输液室发生的护理不良事件,对不良事件类别、原因及与护士年限比例进行分析研究。结果:护理人员违反规章制度是发生不良事件的首要因素,安全管理、专业技术能力、器械物资及沟通都与不良事件密切相关。结论:对输液室护理不良事件进行多因素分析,提出改进措施,以降低发生率,保障患者输液的安全。
Objective：To discuss the nursing adverse events in transfusion room.Method：Reviewing of transfusion room 2012 nursing adverse events, adverse events classification,causes and nurse age,titles ratio nalysis.Result：Nursing staff in violation of the rules was the first factor of occurrence of adverse events,security management,professional and technical capacity,equipment supplies and communication are closely related to adverse events.Conclusion：Multifactor analysis of transfusion room nursing adverse events,and put forward the improvement measures,to reduce the incidence,insure the safety of transfusion patients.
