摘要
通过设计ICU危重患者转运核查单,指导低年资护士进行ICU危重患者转运前准备、转运中监测、转运后记录,降低ICU危重患者转运中物品遗漏、输液故障、氧源不足、电源不足、管道脱落等发生率。
