摘要
回顾性调查分析156例危重新生儿转运在出诊前准备、现场急救及途中监护环节中显露出的护理隐患问题,并对存在的相关问题提出强化风险意识与法律意识,加强责任心教育,规范院前急救规范化管理,完善转运前的准备,提高转运途中的急救护理质量,提高护理文书的书写质量等护理防范措施。
The authors retrospectively analyzed the conveying of 156 critically ill neonates to find out the hidden dangers about thepreparation before setting off, on-the-spot rescue and the monitoring procedures during conveying, advancing that the consciousnessof risks and law and the education on responsibility should be enhanced, the emergency management should be standardized, thepreparation before conveying should be bettered, the nursing quality during conveying should be intensified and the nursing reports onthe conveying shouht be improved and the preventive measures should be intensified.
