摘要
分析了先导式电液比例方向阀的结构和工作原理,设计了电液比例阀方向线圈的控制电路,提出了一种基于模拟电路与数字电路相结合的控制比例阀线圈的新方法,并进行了分析与仿真,解决了比例方向阀零位死区的流量补偿问题。
The paper analyzes the structure and working principle of piloted electro-hydraulic proportional direction valve, designs the control circuit of electro-hydraulic proportional direction valve's coil,proposes a new combined-control method of electro-hydraulic proportional direction valve's coil based on analog circuit and digital circuit, and carries on the analysis and simulation,solves the problem of flow compensation of dead zone of electro-hydraulic proportional direction valve.
