摘要
在详细分析电液比例阀动态性能的基础上,给出了颤振信号需要根据输入控制信号的大小调节振幅和频率的原因。针对感性负载的特点,对颤振信号的形成进行了理论分析,提出了颤振信号的具体实现方法;导出了使用软件方式实现带有颤振功能PWM信号输出的运算表达式,并通过编程由单片机的中断服务功能实现了对功率放大电路的输出控制,以驱动电液比例阀。通过在线仿真和实物验证,在控制信号的基础上叠加颤振信号,有利于改善电液比例阀的响应速度和灵敏度。
Based on detailed analysis on the dynamic performance of electro-hydraulic proportional valve,the reason that dither signal needs to adjust the amplitude and frequency,according to size of the input control signal,is given.To characteristics of the inductive load,the formation of dither signal is analyzed theoretically,and the concrete realization method of dither signal is proposed.The operation expression of PWM signal with function of dither is derived by using software,and output of power amplifier circuit is realized by interrupt service program of single-chip computer to drive electro-hydraulic proportional valve.By online-simulation and material object’s verification,dither signal is superimposed on control signal,which is helpful to improve the response speed and sensitivity of electro-hydraulic proportional valve.
