摘要
简要介绍了我国液晶显示用三醋酸纤维素酯膜(TAC)产业的发展以及TAC配方中各类添加剂使用的基本情况。分析了技术性贸易壁垒对我国液晶显示用TAC膜生产的影响,并提出应该在技术改造和转型升级、重视技术积累和创新、完善标准体系、建立风险预警机制等方面下功夫,求得产业更大的发展。
This paper briefly introduce China＇s LCD display with three cellulose acetate membrane（TAC） use the basic situation of various additives industry development as well as TAC in the formula. With the EU REACH requirements analysis of technical barriers to trade in safety , health ,environmental protection requirements of three cellulose acetate film liquid crystal display as an example （TAC） in the selection of additives.
