摘要
TAC膜透明性好,机械强度大,可作为摄影感光材料的支持体,又由于在产品成型过程中内应力小,成膜物质的分子呈自由状态取向的概率高,具有优良的光学特性,因此被广泛应用于眼镜片的基材。眼镜片用TAC膜在生产成型过程中,由于受到成型工艺和牵引装置的影响,TAC膜表面有平行于膜运行方向的纵纹,造成表观平整度差,直接影响到眼镜片在染色工艺的色调均匀度和3D眼镜的视觉效果。所以本文着重从成型工艺方面介绍几种改善眼镜片用TAC膜平整度的方法。文中提到的眼镜片用TAC膜是指厚度为240微米的无色片基,涉及到的表观平整度指纵向不平。
TAC film has good transparency, mechanical strength, dimensional stability, therefore, it can be used as support for photographic photosensitive materials and optical materi- als, the protection of Polaroid film and the application of the substrate lens. TAC film is formed in the production process. Due to mechanical transmission of vibration and the effects of forming process, there are vertical lines on TAC's surface parallel to the wave patterns of the cross stria- tions die cast. So in this paper, several molding technics to improve spectacle used-TAC are dis- cussed. The thickness of speetacle-used-TAC is 240 micron; the appearance level refers to the vertical uneven.
