生物测定法测定棉田牛筋草对草甘膦的抗药性 被引量:5

摘要 为了明确湖南省棉田牛筋草对草甘膦的抗药性情况,在采集各地棉田牛筋草种子的基础上,采用室内生物测定法测定了其对草甘膦的抗药性水平。结果表明:采自常德澧县和常德桃源的牛筋草种群的相对抗药性倍数均较高,分别为10.21和7.79,处于中等抗性水平;采集自湘西慈利的牛筋草种群的相对抗性倍数为4.60,处于较低抗性水平;而采集自益阳桃江等地的牛筋草种群的相对抗性倍数均处于1~3。由此表明在湖南省棉花部分产区的牛筋草种群已经产生了对草甘膦的抗药性。 In order to determine resisitance level of Eleusine indica to glyphosate in primary cotton planting areas in Hunan Province,based on the collection of Eleusine indica seeds in cotton planting areas. bioassay was employed to determine resistance level of Eleusine indica. The results showed that relative resistance ratio of Lixian and Taoyuan were separately 10.21 and 7.79,falling medium resistance level;Relative resistance ratio of Cili was 4.60,falling low resistance level;While resistance level of other areas such as Yiyang were among 1-3. The results indicated that glyphosate resisitance of Eleusine indica in some cotton planting areas in Hunan Province.
