新生儿高间接胆红素的变化对血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨新生儿高间接胆红素(UCB)的变化对神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的影响及所对应的NSE值对新生儿产生的临床影响。方法选取我院2011年10月~2014年10月儿科病房收治的61例高UCB患儿作为高间胆组,58例足月新生儿作为对照组,测定两组新生儿的UCB与NSE值,并在新生儿出生7d后进行新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)评分。结果高间胆组UCB、NSE水平均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.001);高间胆组NBNA评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.001)。经直线相关分析NSE含量与NBNA评分呈显著负相关(r=-0.881,P〈0.001)。结论高UCB可以引起新生儿的脑损伤,NSE值可以作为指标来预测高UCB对脑损伤的临床影响。 Objective To explore the impacts of neonatal high unconjugated bilirubin(UCB)changes on neuron specific enolization enzyme(NSE)and the clinical influence of the corresponding NSE value on neonates. Methods Sixty-one children with high UCB cared by pediatrics department of our hospital between October 2011 and October 2011 of 61were chosen as the high UCB group,58 cases of full-term newborn as control group.Determined the UCB and NSE values of the two groups,7days after birth the neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA)was performed for the two groups. Results High UCB group had higher UCB and NSE levels,compared to the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P〈0.001),High UCB group had lower NBNA scores than the control group,the comparison between the two groups yielded statistically significant difference(P〈0.001).The linear correlation analysis revealed that NSE content had negative correlation with NBNA scores(r =-0.881,P〈0.001). Conclusion High indirect bilirubin can cause neonatal brain injury,NSE values can be used as a marker to predict the clinical effects of high indirect bilirubin on brain damage.
