摘要
目的观察茵陈参苓汤配合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效,探讨护理方法。方法选取2012年9月—2014年9月期间我院儿科收治且符合光疗指征的病理性黄疸患儿100例,随机分为两组。对照组50例,仅给予口服酶诱导剂鲁米那配合蓝光照射治疗及传统护理方法;观察组50例,在对照组的基础上,给予口服茵陈参苓汤配合治疗,并在传统护理基础上给予水疗和抚触。分析比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果总有效率观察组(94%)明显高于对照组(80%),观察组患儿在血清胆红素下降速度和平均退黄时间、总有效率均高于对照组,二者之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论茵陈参苓汤配合蓝光照射治疗,并辅以水疗抚触护理新生儿黄疸有更好的临床疗效,缩短了疗程,提高了疗效,降低了副作用,值得临床上推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To observe clinical effects and nursing methods wormwood Chen Can lingya soup coordinated with blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice. METHODS The hospital choosed pediatric patients and conforms to the pathological jaundice photo- therapy indicational children of 100 cases during the period of between September 2012 and September 2014. The cases were random- ly divided into two groups. Compared with the controlled group of 50 cases. Only given oral enzyme inducers luminal with blue light treatment and traditional nursing methods among 50 cases, based on the controlled group were given oral wormwood chert can Ling- ya Soup as cooperative treatment and given the spa and scientific touch on the basis of corwentional nursing. After analysis to compar- sion with the clinical efficacy of two groups of children. The total effective rate in treat men reached to 92%, while that in controlled group was 80%. RESULTS The treatment group of children in serum bilirubin drop speed and the average return yellow time, total ef- fective rate were higher than the control group, there was significant difference（P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION Wormwood Chen Can lingya soup with blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice has better clinical curative effect, shortened the treatment course, improved the curative effect, reduced the side effects and was worth popularizing clinically used.
