摘要
目的评价蓝光配合茵陈蒿汤加味及布拉氏酵母菌散治疗新生儿黄疸的效果。方法 92例新生儿黄疸患儿,随机分为A组46例和B组46例,A组予以蓝光治疗配合茵陈蒿汤加味加布拉氏酵母菌散疗法,B组单纯予以蓝光治疗方案。通过记录其治疗前后胆红素水平变化情况及黄疸消退时间,比对分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 A组总有效率为93.48%,明显高于B组的78.26%。治疗后两组患儿胆红素水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),A组降幅大于B组(P<0.05),A组黄疸消退用时间(5.0±2.3)d低于B组(7.0±2.2)d。结论蓝光配合茵陈蒿汤加味加布拉氏酵母菌散治疗新生儿黄疸疗效确切,可有效降低胆红素水平值,缩短病程,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of blue-light treatment combined with modified virgate wormwood decoction and saccharomyces boulardii powder in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods To randomly divide the 92 children with neonatal jaundice into A group and B group, with 46 cases in each group. A group was treated with blue-light treatment combined modified virgate wormwood decoction and saccharomyces boulardii powder, while B group was treated with single blue-light treatment method. Through the record of the change condition of bilirubin concentration and the regression time of jaundice pre and post treatment, to comparative analyze the clinical treatment effect of patients between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in A group(93.48%) was obviously higher than which in B group(78.26%). The bilirubin concentration of children patients of the two groups after treatment was obviously lower than which before treatment, and the amplitude reduction of which in A group was higher than which in B group, the differences was statically significant(P〈 0.05). The regression time of jaundice in A group(5.0±2.3)d was shorter than which in B group(7.0±2.2)d, the differences was statically significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Blue-light treatment combined with modified virgate wormwood decoction and saccharomyces boulardii powder in the treatment of neonatal jaundice has definite therapeutic effect, could effectively reduce the bilirubin concentration, could shorten the course of disease, is worthy of clinical popularization.
