健康教育路径在慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院病人健康教育中的应用 被引量:44

摘要 [目的]探讨健康教育路径在慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院病人护理中的应用效果。[方法]将60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人随机分为两组各30例,对照组采用常规健康教育模式,观察组应用健康教育路径表对病人实施健康教育。[结果]两组病人健康知识掌握情况、呼吸功能锻炼正确率、满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]按照健康教育路径实施健康教育,可提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院病人对疾病的认知水平和自护能力,规范护理行为,提升健康教育效果,提高病人满意度。 Objective:To probe into the application effect of health education path in nursing care of in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:A total of 60 patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The patients in control group the routine health education mode,and the pa-tients in observation group were the health education by the health education path table.Results:The differences in the health knowledge,the correct rate of breathing exercise,and the satisfaction of patients between were sta-tistically significant (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01).Conclusion:Having health education based on health education path can improve the cognitive level of disease and self care ability of COPD patients can standardize normative nursing behavior,enhance the effect of health education and improve the satisfaction of patients with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease.
