摘要
探讨了汽车轻量化的理论基础,在此基础上分析了国内外提出的轻量化评价及评估方法,这些方法涉及轻量化前后的整车油耗变化、整车或者总成性能变化以及成本变化等因素。阐述了各方法提出的背景和应用范畴,并在汽车燃料消耗的物理意义及逻辑的基础上,结合发动机燃烧效率、风阻、行驶阻力等,首次提出了轻量化乘用车整车质量设定指标函数的汽车轻量化评价方法。提出了建立规范的、行业认可的评价系统的必要性,以推动节能减排以及行业技术进步。
Based on the oretical fundamentals of lightweight vehicles, the automotive lightweight evaluation methodologies are summarized, referring to the vehicle performance, cost, and fuel consumption. The background and applications of each methodology are introduced and a novel methodology of defining kerb mass and lightweight objectives based on empirical regression is proposed. The necessity to establish a standardized and industry recognized evaluation system is discussed for promoting energy conservation and technological progress of lightweight vehicles.
