基于高强钢的平板运输车载物平台轻量化优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 根据平板运输车载物平台的结构,采取材料替换和尺寸优化设计方法相结合的方案,对平板运输车载物平台进行轻量化设计。以某型平板运输车载物平台为研究对象进行参数化建模,利用Hyper Works软件对高强钢BS700MCK2替换Q345材料后的载物平台进行有限元分析;然后在满足材料基本性能的前提下通过尺寸优化方法在Optistruct软件中对载物平台进行优化设计;最后利用轻量化系数评价方法对优化前后的高强钢载物平台进行评价。研究结果表明:优化后的平板运输车载物平台减重42.1%,尺寸优化后的轻量化系数由1.12优化为1.05,并通过对新结构进行强度校核,验证了该设计方案的可行性。 In this article,according to the structure of the flat transport vehicle’s loading platform,a combination of material replacement and size optimization design is adopted for lightweight design.Besides,parametric modeling is conducted.The finiteelement analysis on the loading platform after replacing Q345 with high-strength steel BS700 MCK2 is carried out by means of Hyper Works;on the premise of satisfying the basic properties of materials,size optimization design is carried out on the loading platform with the help of the Optistruct software.Finally,the method of lightweight coefficient evaluation is used to evaluate the loading platform before and after optimization.The results show that the optimized flat transport vehicle’s loading platform has a weight reduction of 42.1%,and the lightweight coefficient is optimized from 1.12 to 1.05.The strength of this new structure is checked,which verifies that the design scheme is feasible.
