摘要
藁本内酯在川芎、当归等伞形科植物中含量较高,是其主要活性成分之一,具有多种药理活性。藁本内酯在神经保护、舒张血管、镇痛消炎等方面的药理作用以及吸收、分布、代谢和排泄等药物代谢动力学特性已有较多报道。对近年来藁本内酯在神经保护方面的药理作用进行综述,为其临床应用于脑病的治疗提供参考依据。
Ligustilide is contained highly in such umbelliferous plants as Angeliaca sinensis and Ligusticum chuanxiong, is one of main bioactive constituents. It shows many pharmacological activities. At present, ligustilide has attracted extensive attention and more and more studies have been reported. Indicating the progress of pharmacological effects of ligustilide on neuroprotection, vaso- dilatation, anti-caner and anti-tunor, analgesia and anti-inflammation, and pharmacokineties including absorption, distribution, me- tabolism and excretion. This assay summatizes the progress of pharmacokinetics effects of ligustilide on neuroprotection, Providing basis for further studies of Cerebral.
