摘要 目的探讨设立与实践医患沟通护士专职岗位的效果。方法医院于2010年10月在神经内科、心内科、骨科、普外科4个易发生医患矛盾的科室试行医患沟通护士专职岗位,确立任职资格,经筛选面试上岗的沟通护士制定沟通重点关注对象,辅助做好医疗工作,指导做好护理工作,协调医患、护患关系,组织健康讲座等,并对工作内容进行记录与考核。结果医务人员对沟通护士的评价较高(P<0.05),设立此岗位的科室无一起医疗护理投诉发生。结论医患沟通护士专职岗位加强了医患沟通,减少了医疗纠纷,优化了人力资源配置,提升了患者和医务人员的满意度。 Objective To Summarize the experience of doctor-patient communication nurse. Methods The position of doctorpatient communication nurse was established in four departments with frequent medical disputes. Qualified nurses were selected and trained then they communicated frequently with potential patients with complaints and assisted doing medical work such as coordinating the doctor-patient and nurse-patient relationships and holding health education lectures. Responsibilities and the job of doctor-patient communication nurse were recorded and assessed. Results Medical staff thought highly of doctor-patient communication nurses(P〈0.05) and no more medical disputes occurred in these four departments. Conclusion Doctor-patient communication nurses strengthen the doctor-patient communication, reduce medical disputes, optimize the allocation of human resources and enhance the satisfaction of patients and medical staff.
