摘要
目的探讨护理程序在手术室护理查房中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年2月至2014年8月收治的110例行手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为护理组及对照组,每组55例。对照组患者进行常规护理,护理组患者在常规护理的基础上采用护理程序查房。观察比较两组患者的护理质量和护理满意度。结果护理组护理质量得分为(97.3±1.3)分,对照组护理质量得分为(71.8±1.5)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(t=95.274,P<0.01)。护理组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理程序应用于手术室护理查房中,有利于提高护理质量和提高满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing procedures in operating room nursing rounds. Methods 110 cases of patients treated with surgery in our hospital from February 2012 to August 2014 were selected, all the patients were divided into nursing group and control group according to random number table, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional care, the nursing group was given nursing rounds procedures on the basis of the traditional care. The nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results The scores of nursing quality in nursing group was（97.3 ± 1.3）, significantly higher than（71.8± 1.5） in the control group, with statistical difference（t = 95.274, P 0.01）. The patients＇ satisfaction of nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference（P 0.01）. Conclusions Nursing procedures can improve the quality of care and patients＇ satisfaction in application of operating room nursing rounds, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
