摘要
孙桂芝主任医师认为鼻咽癌多属痰热结聚、毒热内阻,治疗鼻咽癌多采用滋阴清热、化痰散结、生津润燥等治法,根据患者证型、病性、病理分析不同,选方用药予以相应治疗,临床常用五味消毒饮、清燥救肺汤、沙参麦冬汤、杞菊地黄丸等方药治疗,现将老师经验介绍如下。
SUN Guizhi thinks nasopharyngeal carcinoma is due to phlegm and heat accumulation and internal toxin.The treatments of nasopharyngeal carcinoma commonly include nourishing Yin and clearing heat,resolving phlegm and eliminating the mass,promoting the fluid and nourishing the dryness and other treatments.According to patients＇ syndromes,disease natures and pathological analysis,the prescriptions were selected.The commonly-used prescriptions are Wuwei Xiaodu Yin,Qingzao Jiufei Decoction,Shashen Maidong Decoction,Qiju Dihuang Pill.Now the experience is introduced as follows.
