摘要 目的探讨Toll样受体4(TLR4)和核因子-κB(NF-κB)p65在子宫内膜样癌中的表达及意义。方法收集2010年7月至2013年7月在咸宁市第一人民医院接受诊断性刮宫术和子宫内膜活检患者的组织标本116例,其中正常子宫内膜组织30例,子宫内膜增生组织35例,子宫内膜样癌组织51例,采用免疫组织化学法检测3种组织中TLR4和NF-κB p65的表达,并分析TLR4、NF-κB P65的表达与子宫内膜样癌病理特征的相关性。结果子宫内膜样癌组织中TLR4和NF-κB p65阳性表达显著高于子宫内膜增生和正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.01),子宫内膜增生组织中TLR4和NF-κB p65阳性表达显著高于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.01)。TLR4、NF-κB p65阳性表达与子宫内膜样癌的组织分化程度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移有显著相关性(P<0.01)。结论 TLR4和NF-κB p65的表达与子宫内膜样癌的发生、发展有一定的相关性。 Objective To explore the expression of Toll-like receptor 4( TLR4) and nuclear factor-κB( NF-κB) p65 in endometrioid carcinoma and its significance. Methods A total of 116 specimens of patients who received diagnostic curettage and endometrial biopsy in the First People's Hospital of Xianning City from July 2010 to July 2013 were collected. Among the specimens,30 cases were normal endometrium tissues,35 cases were endometrial hyperplasia tissues,51 cases were endometrioid carcinoma tissues. The expression of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 in the three tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method. The correlation between the expression of TLR4,NF-κB p65 and pathological features of endometrioid carcinoma was analyzed. Results The positive expression of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 in endometrioid carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium tissues and endometrial hyperplasia tissues( P〈0. 01). The positive expression of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 in endometrial hyperplasia tissues was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium tissues( P〈0. 01). The positive expression of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 was related to the histodifferentiation,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis of endometrioid carcinoma( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The positive expression of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 is related to the occurrence and development of endometrioid carcinoma.
