摘要
目的观察川芎嗪注射液对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及神经功能缺损的影响,探讨其治疗缺血性脑卒中的作用机理。方法将76例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组38例。对照组予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用川芎嗪注射液治疗,连续治疗14 d。治疗前后分别测定2组患者血清MMP-9水平及神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分,并比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗前,2组NIHSS评分及血清MMP-9水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组总有效率为94.74%,对照组总有效率为78.95%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者NIHSS评分[(12.56±2.69)分比(15.48±3.15)分]、血清MMP-9水平[(165.36±42.74)ng/m L比(207.89±46.21)ng/m L]均显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论川芎嗪注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中疗效确切,其作用机制可能与降低患者血清MMP-9水平、改善神经功能缺损有关。
Objective To explore the influence of tetramethylpyrazine injection on serum MMP-9 and neural function patients with acute ischemic stroke and its action mechanism. Methods Seventy-six patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 38 cases. Patients of the control group were received conventional therapy of western medicine,and the observation group were received tetramethylpyrazine injection combined with conventional therapy,treatment for 14 days. Serum MMP-9 levels were measured,and neurological function was scored pre-treatment and after treatment,compare the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference on serum MMP-9 and neural function scoring between two groups( P 〉0. 05). After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94. 74% and the control group was 78. 95%,there was significant difference between two groups( P〈 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the levels of neural function scoring [( 12. 56 ± 2. 69) vs.( 15. 48 ± 3. 15) ],serum MMP-9 [( 165. 36 ± 42. 74) ng / m L vs.( 207. 89 ± 46. 21) ng / m L],the observation group was significantly decrease and have statistical significance( P 〈0. 01). Conclusion There was significant effect of tetramethylpyrazine injection in patients with acute ischemic stroke,its mechanism may be related to reducing serum MMP-9 levels and improving recovery degree of neurological function.
