成都市新都区环境重金属污染现状调查

Environmental Pollution Caused by Heavy Metals in Xindu District of Chengdu

摘要 目的了解新都区环境重金属污染状况,为制定区域防控措施提供科学依据。方法运用分层随机抽样的方法,依据不同水系和地貌,在辖区内选择4个镇作为项目监测镇,每个镇分东西南北中选择5个行政村作为监测点;每个监测点采集土壤样2份、饮水样2份、食品样3份,每个镇采集尿样80份,按照国标方法检测铅、镉、铬、汞、砷5类重金属指标,依据相应国标对结果进行评价分析。结果土壤中镉含量超标50%,各镇间差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.6,P>0.05);饮水中5类重金属含量均符合国家标准且低于最低检出限;农作物中主要是大米中镉含量超标50%;对土壤和大米中镉超标率与人群尿镉含量的分析未发现相关关系(土壤与尿样r=0.58,P>0.05;大米与尿样r=0.77,P>0.05)。结论调查区域内的农田土壤和自产大米中存在重金属镉污染,需高度重视。 Objective To investigate the status of the environmental pollution caused by heavy metals in Xindu district, and to provide scientific basis for formulating regional prevention and control measures. Methods Ac- cording to the different water system and landform, stratified random sampling method was employed to choose four town as the project monitoring town and 5 administrative village at east, south, west, north and middle of each town as the monitoring point; two soil samples, two water samples and three food samples in each monito- ring point were collected and 80 samples of urine were collected in each town. According to the national stand- ard method, 5 heavy metal lead including cadmium, chromium, mercury and arsenic were tested. The results were evaluated and analyzed according to the corresponding standards of GB. Results Only the cadmium in the soil exceed the standard by 50% , with no statistical differences among the four towns (χ^2 = 1.6, P 〉 0. 05 ). The 5 heavy metals in drinking water were in line with GB and below the minimum detection limit. The content cadmium in rice exceeded the standard by 50%. The correlation between the exceed rate of cadmium content in the soil, rice and in the urine was not statistically sig- nificant ( r_soil and urine = 0. 58, P 〉 0. 05 ; r_rice and urine = 0. 77, P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion There is heavy metal cadmium pollution in the soil and rice in the survey are- a, which should be paid high attention to.
