新型显色剂均三溴偶氮甲磺光度法测定微量铅

摘要 研究了显色剂均三溴偶氮甲磺与铅的显色反应.在1.92 mol·L-1磷酸介质中,铅与试剂有很灵敏的显色反应,形成1:2的蓝色配合物,最大吸收波长为642 nm,铅量在0~25μg/25 mL范围内符合比耳定律,摩尔吸光系数为9.3×104L·mol-1·cm-1.除锶、钡和稀土元素外,其它元素无明显干扰,方法可直接应用于铝合金中铅的测定,结果与标准值相符,RSD小于2%. The chromogenic reagent, tribromo-methylsulfonazo (MSA-TB), was studied for the photometric determination of lead. In a 1.92 mol · L^-1 phosphoric acid medium, Pb( Ⅱ ) reacts with TB-MSA to form a 1 : 2 blue complex which has an absorption peak at 642 nm. Under the optimum conditions. Beerts law was obeyed over the range 0-25 μg/25 mL of PB(Ⅱ). The molar absorptivity is 9. 3 × 10^4L · mol^-1 · cm^-1. It was found that, except Sr( Ⅱ ), Ba( Ⅱ ) and rare earth ions, all foreign ions studied do not interfere with the determination. The method has been applied to the determination of lead in aluminum alloy giving results, consistent with the standard values. The RSD's obtained were less than 2%.
